Had a moving truck reserved 1 week in advance for our house move. The day before the move they tell us they can fulfill our rental and a reservation doesn't guarantee they'll have our truck. Spoke to management and the 1800 number and no one cared. No assistance offered other than to use a smaller truck for the same price!!!
Left standing out in the cold without even so much as the staff acknowledge my presence. It's a shame too. Cheap prices aren't worth bad customer service.
Staff could have been more helpful. Hiring more staff would give them a chance to give better service.
It was an absolute HORRIBLE experience . Spoke to a women on the phone days before (come to find out all calls go to a national call center) she was super helpful and went above and beyond. I wish I had her name cause after hanging up the phone with her the rest of the experience was HORRIBLE!! I arrive for my 7am wire harness install and as soon as he sees my truck- he is negative towards installing it and seems very lazy. the lazy piece of ____ wont even give me his name . I never have given a good or bad review on the internet before and I fell this is very necessary for me to do since this piece of _____ no good _______ was so rude, crude and socially unacceptable. oh yeah and seems so lazy. I have since filed a complaint with Uhauls national office. And I will be following thru with this since my first conversation with u-hual was recorded and it will clearly show that I was very specific with my trucks info and that the original lady that helped me was awesome. Well I dont feel any better after writing this and I will only feel better when this piece of _____ no longer works there. Please people go to another location save yourself alot of trouble!! cheers
